These Terms and Conditions govern the use of VotingPRO, an electronic voting and election management service provided by Protos Technology LLC (“VotingPRO,” “Protos Technology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using VotingPRO services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions to the extent applicable to your use of the service.

1. VotingPRO Services

VotingPRO provides technology and related services for HOAs, condominium associations, property owners associations, community associations, property managers, and their members.

Services may include electronic voting, voter authentication, meeting and election management, participation tracking, reminders, communications, reporting, and related services.

2. Association Responsibilities

Organizations using VotingPRO are responsible for providing accurate information and for ensuring that their use of VotingPRO complies with applicable laws, governing documents, policies, and authorization requirements.

Associations and property managers are also responsible for obtaining any consent required before enrolling an individual in communications or electronic voting services.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

VotingPRO may provide SMS messaging services for participating associations.

Individuals who affirmatively opt in may receive SMS messages related to their association’s voting or event activities, including:

  • Voting invitations

  • Election notifications

  • Election reminders

  • Meeting reminders

  • Participation reminders

  • Voting deadlines

  • Related association event notifications

Consent

SMS messages are sent only after the recipient has provided affirmative consent to receive text messages.

Consent may be obtained through an SMS-specific written or electronic consent process.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing VotingPRO services or otherwise conducting business with Protos Technology LLC.

Simply providing a mobile phone number does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the association, election, meeting, or event.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from VotingPRO and for messages you send to VotingPRO.

Contact your wireless carrier for information regarding your messaging or data plan.

Opting Out

You may unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time by replying:

STOP

After receiving a STOP request, we will process the opt-out and no further recurring SMS messages will be sent to that mobile number unless the recipient later provides new consent to receive messages.

Wireless Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and other systems outside VotingPRO’s control.

SMS availability may depend on your wireless carrier and service plan.

4. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our Privacy Policy explains how VotingPRO collects, uses, stores, and shares information, including information related to SMS communications and consent.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Security

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not use VotingPRO to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the platform

  • Attempt unauthorized access to VotingPRO systems or accounts

  • Use VotingPRO for fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful communications

  • Send SMS communications to individuals who have not provided the required consent

7. Service Availability

We work to maintain reliable service; however, VotingPRO does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure, internet connectivity, wireless carrier availability, and other circumstances may affect service operation.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The current version will be posted on this page and will identify the date it was last updated.
